Each user may access the application with his/her user and password from any computer or tablet.

Access to the application is granted by a user and password, having to log in again after 30' of inactivity.

The application works with most of the browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, iPad Safari, Android Browser.

When you decide to stop using the application, you may access the information accumulated in it by simply downloading it in your system.

Imaweb has been certified by the German TÜV Rheinland as to information security systems, guaranteeing compliance with all the standards required for this certification.

At the moment of renewing your licence, you may upgrade it or downgrade it from the one in use up to that moment.

In the event of any problem or incidence, there is a customer support service, available in the operating hours indicated based on the version selected.

Imaweb undertakes to upload free updates that keep the application constantly updated as to contents and technology, as well as to make it compatible with the versions of the most-used browsers.

Each of the different features provides a HELP section; by accessing it, a video explaining how to proceed in each case will be shown.

The application may be used with tablets with any operating system currently in use: iOS, Android or Windows.

Imaweb's servers are located in the Data Processing Centre of Interxion (C/ Albasanz, no. 71, Madrid), provided with controlled and registered physical security systems for data centres (fire extinguishing systems, authorized personnel, etc.), in two different data racks placed in physically separated rooms and connected through a redundant and high-speed network.
